Tracking Information

We also provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. 

Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for real-time updates.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and you will need to place a new order.

Address Change

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at Support@heartland-fashion.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
